At the outset of any campaign we will ensure that we understand your business needs, who you wish to do business with and what makes your services or products unique. We will discuss with you what you wish to achieve from a campaign, as a true understanding of the objective will enable us to discuss with you the expectations from the campaign.
In many instances we find that customers like to take advantage of our telemarketing trial. Once this has been completed we will be able to provide an indicative number of appointments and leads that will be generated from the campaign and discuss an ongoing programme that can be targeted with key performance indicators.
The project and appointments booked will be reviewed with you on a regular basis to ensure that the process is working for you, and prospects are being converted into clients.

For on-going appointment making projects, we will work on a retained basis. Usually a number of hours are specifically allocated each month, and particular team or telemarketer will be specifically assigned to client projects to maintain continuity and achieve success. We have had staff work with clients in excess of 5 years.
Sometimes you may wish us to qualify a database and turn your potential clients into warm prospects for your sales team to follow up. The most important starting point when planning a lead generation project is to understand what the client considers as a qualified lead to ensure that we only pass them to you at the most appropriate time.
From the very start of a lead generation campaign, different leads will require different responses, and this is where we will agree a grading style system with you. If we speak with a potential client that has an immediate requirement for your services or products this will be communicated to you immediately, if required we can call these through to you on an individual basis. Other call outcomes can be sent to you at an agreed time or at the end of the project.
There are occasions when literature is required to be sent. We are happy to do this on your behalf. This may be by email (we are happy for you to set up an email address for us to use) or via the postal system.
